All sales are final. Stickstow does not accept returns or issue refunds unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to the return being initiated.

No Unauthorized Returns Returns will not be accepted without prior written consent from Stickstow. To request a return authorization, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Shipping If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and original packaging. Stickstow is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
